Senior Associate

Alana MacDonald is a Senior Associate with the TechAtlas team at RA Capital Management. Alana’s primary responsibilities are to work closely with members of the investment team and portfolio companies to deeply understand competitive landscapes, evaluate investment opportunities in a variety of therapeutic areas across all stages from discovery and new company creation through commercialization, and advise portfolio companies on program and pipeline strategy. Prior to RA Capital, Alana was a Strategy Consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners. Alana holds a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology from State University of New York Binghamton and a PhD in Immunology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
