Alden Masters is a Human Resources Business Partner at RA Capital Management. Alden’s primary responsibilities are to support the firm in its daily people operations and strategic planning to help achieve the firm’s human resource goals. Prior to RA Capital, Alden served as the HR Manager for Nova Ventures Group. Prior to Nova Ventures Group, she specialized in recruiting for Palantir Technologies and benefits for Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Alden holds a BA in Art History from Hamilton College. Alden is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management.
