Alex Hsu is a Senior Director, Corporate Development and Health Services. Alex’s primary responsibilities are to focus on evaluating investments and developing NewCos. Prior to Raven, Alex was an investment banker on the healthcare team at Goldman Sachs, where he served clients across the Healthcare Services and Biopharma sectors on various M&A and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, Alex worked as a consultant focusing on healthcare clients at BDO and then at McKinsey & Company, before joining Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, a healthcare services investment firm. Alex holds a BBA in Accounting and Operations and MS in Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, along with a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
