Vice President, Structured Capital

Alex Zhang is a Vice President of Structured Capital at RA Capital Management. Alex’s primary responsibility is to support the Structured Capital team with a focus on commercial stage healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to RA Capital, Alex focused on public and private healthcare credit investments at both Apollo Global Management and Athyrium Capital Management, and was a restructuring banker at Rothschild. Alex holds a BS in Business with concentrations in Statistics and Finance from New York University Stern School of Business, and both a JD and MBA from the Penn Carey Law School and Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
