Amanda Creedon

Raven General Counsel

Amanda Creedon is General Counsel for Raven at RA Capital Management. Amanda’s primary responsibilities are to counsel new companies on all their legal needs, advise on company formation, and assist RA Capital on private investments. Prior to RA Capital, Amanda was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle and counseled venture capital investors with respect to their investment transactions. Amanda holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and a JD from Boston College Law School. Amanda is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
