Caitlin is an Associate of Corporate Development, Blackbird, at Raven, where she supports the integration of Swiftbridge, RA Capital’s China R&D accelerator, with RA portfolio companies and Venture stage projects to enable rapid clinical development pathways. Caitlin joined Raven after working as an Associate of Corporate Development in TechAtlas at RA Capital, focusing on immunology, oncology, and rare disease investment diligence. Before that, she was an Associate Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences, developing early- to commercial-stage strategy for global pharmaceutical clients, and held a research co-op position at Adimab. She holds a BA in Neuroscience from Colorado College.
