Cara Fonseca

Associate Counsel

Cara Fonseca is an Associate Counsel at RA Capital Management. Prior to RA Capital, she was Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, providing legal advice and support to JJDC, the venture capital organization within J&J, with respect to investments across pharmaceuticals, medtech, and consumer health. Prior to J&J, she was a corporate associate at WilmerHale, representing healthcare, technology, and other companies throughout their business life cycle and counseling venture capital investors in financing transactions. Cara holds a BA in Political Science from Tulane University and a JD from Boston College Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
