Senior Project Manager, Venture

Charlotte Wang is a Senior Project Manager with the Venture team at RA Capital Management. Charlotte’s primary responsibilities are to support and drive key initiatives across venture and incubation platforms. Prior to joining RA Capital, Charlotte spent five years at Boston University in positions of increasing responsibility. As one of the first hires of the Questrom Online MBA program, Charlotte led a team to create, operationalize, and scale the Online MBA program. Charlotte was also instrumental in strategic initiatives such as AI implementation. Prior to BU, Charlotte worked across Insurance and EdTech industries in product management function to help organizations accelerate digital transformation and operational modernization. Charlotte started her career at Forrester research where she advised Fortune 500 CIOs on product positioning and authored market research. Charlotte holds both a MBA and a MS in Digital Innovation from Boston University Questrom School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
