Head of Regulatory Affairs

Chi Li is the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Raven. Chi’s primary responsibility is to work closely with the Blackbird team, providing regulatory advisory for our portcos as well as strategic regulatory advice and diligence at RA Capital Management. Prior to Raven, Chi was Chief Regulatory Officer at biotech companies Curevo and Editas Medicine, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at pharmaceutical companies Allergan and Bayer. Chi has also held global and US regulatory affairs roles with increasing responsibilities at Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Chi has been involved in more than 40 programs in multiple therapeutic areas and across different modalities. Chi has more than two decades of experience in drug development and regulatory affairs. Chi has also contributed to the development, submission, and approval of several products. Chi holds a PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University and a Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society.
