Colleen Shields is a Human Resources Generalist at RA Capital Management. Colleen’s primary responsibility is to support the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with key HR functions. Prior to RA Capital, Colleen worked as an HR Generalist at Harbor Health Services Inc, specializing in onboarding processes and fostering positive employee relations. With prior roles at BR+A Consulting Engineers and Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), she managed onboarding initiatives, administered employee benefits, and coordinated corporate events. Colleen holds a BA in Psychology from Westfield State University. Colleen is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management.
