Cony D’Cruz is an Advisor at Raven and Chief Executive Officer and board member of Superluminal Medicines. He has extensive experience in biotechnology business development, strategic partnerships, company formation, and commercial leadership.

Before joining Superluminal, Cony spent eight years as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Schrödinger, where he led business development for strategic collaborations and new company formation, as well as software sales in the United States and Japan. Previously, he was President and Chief Business Officer at Proteros and Senior Vice President of Business Development, North America, at Evotec. Across these roles, he developed discovery partnerships with venture-backed companies, research foundations, and pharmaceutical companies.

Earlier in his career, Cony worked at IGEN on the life sciences division’s marketing strategy, investor presentations, and fundraising. He also held sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Corning in the United States and Europe. Cony holds a BSc in Applied Biology from the University of London and an MBA from The Open University in the United Kingdom.
