David Lubner, MS, is a life sciences finance executive with approximately 30 years of industry experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ra Pharmaceuticals, which UCB acquired in 2020. Earlier, he held CFO roles at Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, PharMetrics, and ProScript, where the multiple myeloma treatment Velcade was discovered. His background includes board service across public and private biotechnology companies, including Crescent Biopharma and Dyne Therapeutics. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MS in Taxation from Bentley University.
