Eli Daniel

Head of Engineering and AI

Eli Daniel is Head of Engineering & AI at RA Capital Management. Eli’s primary responsibility is to lead the firm’s technology organization and AI strategy. Prior to RA Capital, Eli served as Head of Engineering at Jellyfish, an engineering intelligence platform, which he joined pre-revenue and scaled through a Series C to serve enterprise organizations globally. Previously, he was CTO at WEVO Conversion and at Bridj, an on-demand transit startup. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Engineering at The Echo Nest, a music intelligence company acquired by Spotify, and held engineering and architecture roles at Oracle/​Endeca, where he was granted a patent for semantic-layer information retrieval. Eli holds a BS in Computer Science from Yale University.
