Senior Director, Corporate Development

Emilie Castonguay is a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Raven focusing on new company creation. Prior to joining Raven, Emilie was Senior Director of Strategy and Portfolio Development at Avilar Therapeutics, a platform company focused on extracellular protein degradation, where she worked on portfolio strategy as well as financing and business development efforts. Before that, she was Senior Team Leader at GLG, where she led a team working with healthcare and life science investors. Emilie holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Montréal, and a BSc in Biology from the University Laval.
