Erica Pedersen

Associate Counsel

Erica Pedersen is an Associate Counsel at RA Capital Management. Prior to RA Capital, she represented life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle and counseled venture capital investors with respect to their investment transactions at Cooley LLP. Erica holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and a JD from Columbia Law School. Erica is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
