Hayden Krystyniak

Hayden Krystyniak is an Associate at RA Capital Management. Hayden’s primary responsibilities are to work closely with members of the investment team and portfolio companies to understand competitive landscapes, evaluate investment opportunities, and advise portfolio companies on program and pipeline strategy. Prior to RA Capital, Hayden conducted cancer research at Brown University, where he used novel proximity proteomics to study PARP-associated protein complexes involved in DNA damage response and replication stress. He also contributed to research with Stop Soldier Suicide, evaluating novel PTSD interventions to inform study design. Hayden holds a BS in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MS in Biotechnology from Brown University.
