Hugh Chen, PhD

Associate

Hugh Chen is an Associate with the TechAtlas team at RA Capital Management. Hugh’s primary responsibilities are to evaluate emerging therapeutic technologies, competitive landscapes, and support investment diligence across biotechnology. Prior to joining RA Capital, Hugh conducted immunology research at Harvard Medical School on allergy and vaccine development as a PhD student and Postdoctoral Fellow. During his PhD, Hugh served as a Fellow at Scion Life Sciences and as a Business Development Fellow at Harvard University’s Office of Technology Development. Hugh holds a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University and a BS in Bioengineering: Biotechnology from UC San Diego.
