Jedediah Seltzer is Associate Director of Market Research at RA Capital Management, where he leads the Primary Market Research function across the firm’s portfolio. His work spans survey design and execution, qualitative research, and commercial diligence across oncology, immunology, rare disease, and other therapeutic areas, translating physician and patient insights into actionable intelligence that informs investment decisions and portfolio strategy. Jedediah works to building AI-native research infrastructure for survey design, data quality control, vendor management, and interactive dashboards, enabling faster, more rigorous diligence at scale. He also leads the growth and development of RA Capital’s primary market research team, mentoring junior associates and establishing methodological standards across the function. Prior to RA Capital, Jedediah was a consultant at ZS Associates, advising pharmaceutical companies on the commercialization of advanced therapeutics including cell, gene, and radiotherapies. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
