Jeremy Lack, DPhil

Jeremy Lack is a Partner with the Structured Capital team at RA Capital Management. Jeremy’s primary responsibility is to build out credit and structured capital solutions across the RA Capital platform with a focus on commercial stage healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to RA Capital, Jeremy was a Partner and President at Athyrium Capital Management, a Managing Director at the Cortec Group, and a Principal at New Leaf Venture Partners. Jeremy also founded and led Durata Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DRTX; acquired by Actavis), a spin-out from Pfizer focused on antibiotics. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and served as the Director of Strategic Planning for the New York City Department of Education. Jeremy holds a BS with honors from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, where he was a Marshall Scholar.
