Joe DeMaio

IT Operations Associate

Joe DeMaio is an IT Operations Associate at RA Capital Management. Joe’s primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, the network, and server environments. Prior to RA Capital, Joe led the administration and support of all Apple products at Curriculum Associates as an IT Systems Engineer. He also provided additional system administration and training for the desktop engineering team. Prior to Curriculum Associates, Joe worked at the Apple Store and then transitioned to Boston Public Schools as an Apple Support Specialist. At BPS, Joe provided technical support for teachers and staff and was Jamf certified to manage Apple products. Joe brings to RA fifteen years of IT experience. Joe holds a BS in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
