Justin Waney is a Vice President of Structured Capital at RA Capital Management. Justin’s primary responsibility is to support the Structured Capital team with sourcing, diligence, modeling, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to RA Capital, Justin was a Vice President at Sixth Street focused on credit and equity investments in healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to Sixth Street, Justin was on the investment team at CRG and a healthcare investment banker at Piper Sandler. Justin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
