Compliance Officer

Kate McKenna is a Compliance Officer at RA Capital Management. Kate’s primary responsibility is to help oversee the firm’s compliance framework, including the development and implementation of policies, controls, and governance practices designed to support regulatory compliance and operational integrity. Kate also assists in leading the firm’s AI governance program, guiding the development of policies and oversight processes that promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence and support compliance with emerging regulatory standards. Prior to joining RA Capital, Kate served as a Health Law Assistant at Mintz. She holds a BA in Political Science from Bridgewater State University and is a certified Paralegal in Massachusetts.
