Keely Jones is the Director of Office Services and Administration at RA Capital Management. Her primary responsibility is overseeing all facets of office management, facilities, and administrative services. She brings a diverse background across the corporate, nonprofit, and entertainment sectors, with experience leading operations, administrative functions, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Prior to joining RA Capital, Keely served as Director of Offices and Administration at Social Finance and as Director of Operations for Beacon Academy, a Boston-based nonprofit focused on educational equity. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, supporting international film marketing and publicity initiatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Keely holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
