Manas Adhikari

Manas Adhikari is a Finance Director of Corporate Accounting & GP Consolidation at RA Capital Management. Prior to RA Capital, Manas led the Operational Due Diligence function responsible for reviewing and monitoring investment managers and operating partners at The Baupost Group, LLC. Manas has over 20 years of experience, majority of which was spent at Baupost. Previously, Manas held key roles in portfolio accounting and valuation at Baupost where he managed high-performing teams, optimized complex valuation processes, oversaw the NAV and performance calculation cycles and managed accounting projects including selection and onboarding of a third-party fund administrator. Prior to Baupost, Manas gained experience in financial analysis and accounting at W.R. Grace & Co., Liberty Mutual, and Fidelity Investments. In these roles, Manas supported financial planning, performance analysis, and operational efficiency efforts. Manas holds both a BS and a MS in Finance from Northeastern University.
