Director of Total Rewards

Mike Tobin is the Director of Total Rewards at RA Capital Management. Mike’s primary responsibility is to work across the firm’s leadership to develop a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, including managing RA Capital’s annual total rewards and compensation competitive analyses and finding new, innovative approaches to RA Capital’s Total Rewards program. Prior to RA Capital, Mike held roles across all major HR functions including recruiting, benefits, performance, payroll, HRIS, and reporting & analytics. Most recently, Mike was Director of HR Operations at Charles River Analytics. Mike holds a BS in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Clemson University. Mike is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
