Nithya is a Venture Partner at Raven, with over 20 years of experience guiding biotech organizations through financing, strategic acquisitions, and global commercialization. Prior to joining Raven, Nithya served as an Operating Partner at B‑Flexion Life Sciences, where she executed take-private transactions including Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Radius Health, and Optinose, driving EBITDA growth and operational restructuring across the portfolio. Earlier in her career, she led efforts to secure critical financing for Sionna Therapeutics and supported Rhythm Pharmaceuticals’ scaling from pre-IPO through pre-launch. Nithya also holds a foundational background from Biogen and Johnson & Johnson, where she developed an enterprise-wide perspective spanning early-stage clinical development through commercial execution. Nithya holds a BS from the University of Florida.
