Senior Associate

Pat Schnettler is a Senior Associate with the Planetary Health team at RA Capital Management. Pat’s primary responsibility is to evaluate and support investments in companies developing solutions that address climate change and environmental sustainability across energy, materials, food & agriculture, water, and green industrials. Prior to RA Capital, Pat held strategic finance and investor relations leadership roles at growth-stage technology companies, leading M&A, equity and debt financings, and investor communications. Before that, Pat served in investment and advisory roles at Renewable Resources Group, Encourage Capital, Awethu Project Capital, and Bregal Investments, supporting investments and value-creation initiatives across a range of sectors and geographies. Pat began his career in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, advising senior executives on strategy and operational improvement across sectors in the US, Australia, and Europe. Pat holds a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
