Executive Assistant

Robin Deaett is an Executive Assistant at RA Capital Management. Robin’s primary responsibilities are to coordinate calendars, events, and company meetings. Prior to RA Capital, Robin began her career in catering, event planning, and luxury hotel marketing and sales. Later, Robin spent nearly nine years as a flight attendant with Emirates Airlines, based in Dubai, traveling globally and working with people from all walks of life. Robin joined THL as an Executive Assistant in the firm’s Healthcare Vertical, eventually transitioning to the Investor Relations team, supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling, travel, conferences, and logistics, including large-scale events such as J.P. Morgan’s annual healthcare conference and a series of international AGMs. In addition to her core role, Robin has been actively involved in THL’s Charitable Foundation and internal learning initiatives, reflecting her ongoing commitment to collaboration, learning, and community. Robin holds a Bachelor degree in Hospitality at Syracuse University and a MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
