Sally Carlson

Director, Capital Formation

Sally Carlson is a Director of Capital Formation at RA Capital Management. Prior to RA Capital, she was Head of Investor Relations at Teng Yue Partners, an Asia-focused alternative investment firm, from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, she worked in investor relations and business development at HG Vora Capital Management and was a Vice President in the Prime Brokerage Capital Introductions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing and investor relations at Telligent Capital Management, a China-focused hedge fund, in Hong Kong. Sally holds a BS in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
